The client is a world-class digital leader providing innovative services and platforms to customers and enabling the digital transformation in Kuwait.
The client selected FourthSquare for implementing a new recruitment system to transform and modernize their current system to streamline operations and reduce costs across internal and external staff resources. The goal of this project was to replace the current recruitment system with a more robust and user-friendly application.
The primary objective was to adopt a top-tier, integrated ERP that could readily scale as the client grows and as business complexities increase. The client also wanted to eliminate time-consuming processes, manual approval workflows, and inefficient system functionalities.
Scope / Solution Highlights
The implementation by FourthSquare will serve as the primary system to manage the client’s core HR system of records and back-office applications related to recruitment—driving cost savings and efficient use of resources.
The following Oracle modules were implemented:
Unified HCM Platform: FourthSquare deployed the city’s time rules in Oracle Cloud’s Time & Labor module, establishing a unified Human Capital Management (HCM) platform for streamlined workforce management.

Additionally, the project included integration with the existing Oracle eBS HRMS system and intelligent report generation. A custom Arabic translation solution was also developed to address the absence of MLS (Multilingual Support) in Oracle eBS.
