The role also drives US HR operations, managing employee benefits, payroll processing, and vendor/contractor onboarding. Additionally, he will lead the immigration processes, including H1B filings and placements, while actively driving bench resource placement to ensure billability. A critical responsibility is steering US staffing by collaborating with VMS partners for Oracle and related services, engaging with SI partners, leveraging Carahsoft for local government needs, and supporting cross-functional recruitment for existing customers.
