What truly sets him apart is his ability to inspire teams, drive growth, and create operational systems that work seamlessly.\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6dee0aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6dee0aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn his role, Raghu will be overseeing day-to-day US operations across key functions. This includes handling accounting, finance, and compliance by ensuring accurate monthly financial reports, budget adherence, legal obligations, and insurance requirements. The role also drives US HR operations, managing employee benefits, payroll processing, and vendor\/contractor onboarding. Additionally, he will lead the immigration processes, including H1B filings and placements, while actively driving bench resource placement to ensure billability. A critical responsibility is steering US staffing by collaborating with VMS partners for Oracle and related services, engaging with SI partners, leveraging Carahsoft for local government needs, and supporting cross-functional recruitment for existing customers.\n\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-79f715e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"79f715e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAs CEO and COO at Virtue Group LLC, Texas, Raghu led operations for an IT services and staffing firm supporting Fortune 500, state, and federal clients. Earlier, as COO of ATR Cars Pvt Ltd, he scaled multiple Volkswagen dealerships, making ATR one of South India&#8217;s largest VW networks. He also turned OCS Infotech Oman&#8217;s services division into a profit center, managed critical IT operations for Microsoft at HCL Comnet, and delivered key solutions for GE at Genpact, driving Six Sigma and LEAN initiatives.\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-06ca447 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"06ca447\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWith a passion for operational excellence and purpose-driven leadership, Raghu is a valuable addition to our leadership team.
